Remember color is a compliment… and that is not a bad thing.

Real Estate Staging | Color Styling & Interior Design

Color changes everything. While today's interiors often lean toward neutral, monochromatic palettes, there is something energizing about a home that dares to dream in color.

This property presented a unique design challenge. Each room featured an accent wall in a different color, with no consistent palette connecting the spaces. With limited time and resources available to repaint the entire home, the solution wasn't to fight the color—it was to embrace it.

The homeowner's love of saturated jewel tones became the starting point for the staging strategy. Through intentional furniture placement, styling, and the thoughtful selection of complementary accents, the existing colors became part of the home's character rather than a distraction from it.

The goal was to create a visual experience in which the rooms felt connected, the colors felt purposeful, and prospective buyers could focus on the home rather than the paint.

The Result?

The selling agent was pleased with the outcome, sharing that as they walked through the staged home, they barely noticed the colors that had initially presented a challenge.

Sometimes, great design isn't about changing everything. It's about knowing what to keep, what to complement, and how to make what you have work beautifully.
